This is a page that must be included following FTC guideline and all the legalities that come with blogging. I will keep this sweet, short, and simple. Well, at least as much as I can.
To subscribe to Maintaining Miracles, you enter your first name and email address. I will not give this information to anybody else what so ever. This is for me to send you short and sweet little emails when I feel the need is appropriate. We do not share or store any user’s information.
Also, a monthly newsletter is in the workings. This will include reader’s personal stories, my own personal stories, inspirational quotes, and motivation. Plus, any other information, advice, etc. that I feel is relevant to my lovely readers, that being you.
Just so you all know, I am a self-proclaimed recovery mentor. Meaning that I have no certifications or formal education. All I have is my own personal experience, advice, and expertise of being a heroin addict for well over a decade and in recovery for years following that. (Yes, I was an addict longer than I have been sober.) I give advice and recommendations on situations and events that I have personally experienced.
In no way, shape, or form should what I say ever be taken as medical or professional advice. If a therapist, doctor, or medical professional recommends you do something. Don’t say you can’t because I told you so. I am in no way responsible if you choose to relapse or stop taking medicines or go insane. On a more serious note, I will help you in any way that I can. If you do not feel comfortable posting on this blog, feel free to email me and we can talk one on one.
Once again, I am not a licensed doctor or psychiatrist. My knowledge is from personal experience only.
The blog is about life after the chaos not being in the chaos.
Upon visiting the blog, it is clear that Maintaining Miracles does use third-party advertisements. If you do choose to purchase a product or service through any of these advertisements, they may ask for your information.
You will find affiliate links on this site. All this simply means is that there are affiliate links on Maintaining Miracles. Not all links are affiliates but some are. If you purchase a product after clicking on one of these links (for example, Amazon, Grammarly, etc.) then I will earn a small commission. Of course, this will never be any extra cost to you. The company will pay me a few cents for every product you buy through the affiliate link. Basically, I’m advertising their product by linking to it on my blog so, I will be compensated for that if you choose to purchase.
Maintaining Miracles follows all guidelines ordinated by the FTC. As previously stated, any private information that you disclose when purchasing a product through an affiliate link or advertisement will not be shared by me.
Maintaining Miracles follows all FTC guidelines and are 100% truthful to our viewers.
The only reviews I will write or products that I will promote in return for compensation are products that I personally use and recommend to my loyal readers. I would never recommend that my reader’s purchase a product or service that I do not use myself.
I will always tell my readers the truth. Never would I take compensation for a false review or statement.
There are affiliate links placed throughout this blog. Not all links are an affiliate. Also, clicking on an affiliate link or any other link does not bind you to purchase a product or service. If you do choose to purchase a product or link through an affiliate link on Maintaining Miracles, I will receive compensation at no extra cost to you.
Can you see me talking like that? Not in the least bit. I think that’s why I find it funny. Just a little humor added to the technicality of the blogosphere. I’m sure you were aware of this information before this post but, I am required to spell it out for you. I hope I did so in a way that made you all smile.
The blog, Maintaining Miracles encourages and is grateful for any and all comments left on the blog. Although, keep in mind that the vast majority of these readers are women. Most of them, recovering addicts, myself included. We support one another, there will be no name calling, ignorance, colorful language, nor any negative behavior allowed.
If a person chooses to try to leave a nasty comment, it will not be allowed. As all comments are reviewed and monitored. Do not discourage anyone or be disrespectful. This is a loving, supporting universe of people associated with addiction recovery. This is a place for learning to live life after the chaos. To finally live the life that you have always dreamed of but, never thought possible. Plain and simple, we don’t have time for the bullshit. Nor will it be tolerated.
Well ladies and fellas, that about wraps it up. If there is something I forgot or that you have any confusion about, feel free to ask. I will answer all and any questions to the best of my ability.
